This book is amazing!!!! The way David Simmon refamed the 12 step program is remarkable and much more user friendly for the general public…it’s very nice how he and Deepak explain why people become addicted and that it is not something you need to see as an addiction for the rest of your life. The only thing missing is a program at the Chopra Center to go with it.
